A rare gastronomic evening is taking place at Brasserie L'Impé, with the exceptional presence of Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire on site, alongside his teams. The menu has been designed around the season's latest Melanosporum black truffles, selected for their aromatic depth and character. Each dish showcases the product with precision, elegance and creativity, in keeping with the spirit of the restaurant and its revisited regional cuisine.

Attached to the region and its products, which he sublimates in his dishes, Pierre Gagnaire, one of the most emblematic faces of French gastronomy, is the chef d'orchestre of L'Imperator's 3 restaurants and signs their menus with his talent. He brings you into his world for a unique culinary experience: a cuisine mastered with talent, practiced with passion and sincerity. He is joined by Kévin Kowal, Executive Chef, who continues the close collaboration with local producers and artisans initiated by L'Imperator.
