L'Imperator's gastronomy

Attached to the region and its products, which he sublimates in his dishes, Pierre Gagnaire, one of the most emblematic faces of French gastronomy, is the chef d'orchestre of L'Imperator's 3 restaurants and signs their menus with his talent. He brings you into his world for a unique culinary experience: a cuisine mastered with talent, practiced with passion and sincerity. He is joined by Kévin Kowal, Executive Chef, who continues the close collaboration with local producers and artisans initiated by L'Imperator.

This reimagined bar is named after the author who loved to write here. The décor has changed, but the spirit remains intact.
