Nicolas Fontaine returns to his roots

Chef Nicolas Fontaine runs L'Imperator's kitchens. A disciple of Pierre Gagnaire, he has been collaborating with him for 14 years. He considers it a real honour to become the chef of one of the most beautiful places in his hometown. This new challenge is the culmination of several years of work and passion.
