Nicolas Fontaine returns to his roots

Chef Nicolas Fontaine runs L'Imperator's kitchens. A disciple of Pierre Gagnaire, he has been collaborating with him for 14 years. He considers it a real honour to become the chef of one of the most beautiful places in his hometown. This new challenge is the culmination of several years of work and passion.

This redesigned bar bears the name of the author who loved to write there. The scenery has changed but the spirit has remained intact. In a subdued atmosphere facing the garden, enjoy a drink or signature cocktail and tapas with your friends, partner or family.
